Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order has been received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, where available for the selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time to Germany is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, product, shipping carrier, and shipping location. Public holidays, high order volumes, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control may result in delays.

The delivery times stated are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise for the respective product.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within Europe is free, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Additional shipping costs may apply to deliveries outside Europe. Any shipping costs charged by us will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

If additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes are payable by the customer for an international delivery, this will be indicated before the order is completed.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the product, shipping location, and destination country, orders are shipped via DHL or another suitable shipping partner.

Individual items within the same order may be shipped separately and may therefore receive different tracking numbers.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you would like to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@marketji.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been processed or shipped.

If additional reasonable shipping costs arise due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, these costs may be charged to the customer. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
